I had the opportunity to tour Yankee Stadium over the weekend. I must say it was the worst stadium tour I ever had. The tour guide rushed us through everything and he didn't give us a chance to ask questions. I had several I wanted to ask, too. With all the history in this park, especially in Monument Park, they only gave us 5 minutes to browse at the monuments.
It was great to be in the stadium with all that baseball history and I always wanted to visit Yankee Stadium. The best parts for me was Monument Park and the press box. I got an awesome photo from there.
This stadium has nothing on Fenway Park. That is a stadium and what a tour is supposed to be like. The people are much friendlier in Boston as well. I never saw so many rude people like I encountered on Saturday.
By the way, I hope the Sox sweep your asses this weekend!!!!!!!
Glad to hear that Yankee Stadium sucked... I took Mike to Fenway... we loved it. I have shown you the pictures right? Glad to hear you are more on the Red Sox side... lol... yeah... I thought Boston and the people were alot friendlier... take care and good luck on when you all head off to China... PS... make sure Jensen is into the Red Sox/Patriots... forget your team...hahaha
